What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (including American Express, Discover, JCB & Diner’s Club) through our secured payment gateway through Stripe and we also accept PayPal.
I completed my purchase but never received an email with the download link in it.
Remember to be patient because it can sometimes take a few minutes to get the order confirmation email with the download link(s) in it. If you’ve given it plenty of time (like 10-15 minutes) then it’s possible that you entered the wrong email address when registering. Go to your Account Details area in your profile and you’ll see which email you registered with. If you used the right email address and you still haven’t received your confirmation email, never fear, just contact our customer support at email [email protected] and someone will get back with you shortly to restore your account and send you the download link.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
It’s okay, no worries if you forgot your password just go to this link here and enter in your email address or username and click on Reset Password. An email will be sent to you so you can reset your password.
How do I get the free downloads?
All you have to do is register by clicking the register button in the menu, or just click here. Then the MORE DETAILS button will become a DOWNLOAD button and you can download to your heart’s content. There are no restrictions on how many you can download a day.
I bought the wrong audio product. Can I get my money back or exchange for the one I wanted?
No. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
I completed my purchase successfully but wasn't able to download the file(s).
Make sure you check your email for your order confirmation. It will contain the links to your downloads. Remember to check your Spam and Junk folders as well. Your download(s) are also listed in the Downloads Section of your profile, so you can always get to them there.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are 24/7/365 available only via email. If you’ll fill out the contact form at the top of the page, that will immediately send to support. We typically respond within an hour.
Does Jamo Records work with other artists?
Yes, absolutely. And we’re always looking for artists. Not necessarily to write music or produce, but to become a seller on our website. We’re giving 90% of the sales to the artist when they sell something here. That’s almost unheard of, but we’re doing it! So if you know of an artist that has their own music, and would be interested in selling it online, have them reach out to [email protected],
Are you looking to promote and sell your music?
